Founded in 1994, Wheatland Custom Homes & Remodeling, Inc. is a custom-home builder and remodeling firm serving the Lancaster and Harrisburg areas.

Wheatland’s founder and president, Rick Martin, has spent nearly 40 years in the construction industry and offers a wealth of experience in helping homeowners build and remodel homes that fit their lifestyle and budget.

Wheatland’s design/build approach starts with the desire to truly understand the customer’s needs. Sure, many builders and remodelers claim to do this, but few do this exceptionally well.

At Wheatland, we will take the time to carefully listen to your needs and ask the right questions so we can get to the heart of what you envision for your home. From there, we will consider your budget and create a thoughtful design with the features you want.
